Loop 323 in Tyler ranks 54th most congested
TYLER-- "Too busy and too many cars" is the cry of many Tylerites. The traffic on Loop 323 can be frustrating. In fact, in TxDOT's list of the 100 most congested roads in Texas, one section of the Loop ranks 54th.
